At The Tanning Shop, we use Zerobody Dry Floatation cold water therapy beds to gradually expose the body to low temperatures without immersion in water. The treatment involves lying on a membrane that fills with cold water, triggering physiological responses to reduce pain, boost energy, and enhance overall wellness.

Dry floatation cryotherapy is a type of cold water therapy that has similar rejuvenating effects to ice baths. Both support recovery and reduce soreness, but have key differences:

• The Zerobody Cryobed delivers “dry cold” through a cooled membrane, rather than water immersion.
• Cryo beds gradually cool the body, with temperature carefully monitored, while ice baths cool the body more rapidly and intensely.

You can wear clothes, go nude, or wear underwear for this treatment. We’ll provide you with a modesty cover, and you will have complete privacy to undress.

You must be between 16 and 65 years of age to use the Zerobody Cryobed.

Yes, you can continue to book UV tanning, spray tanning, and red light therapy sessions while using the Zerobody Cryobed.
